IT sector expands into sphere of education

Future industries, especially information technology, should strengthen its position in the Bulgarian secondary and vocational education. This will enable thousands of young people find a successful career in the rapidly growing sector of high technology, as well as remain in Bulgaria and making the Bulgarian economy more competitive. That is what President Rosen Plevneliev said upon signing an Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Education and representative associations in the field of information technology. According to the President, rapid development of the Bulgarian IT industry in recent years is a proof of its high potential for becoming one of the engines of Bulgarian economy.
