The district court of the city of Haskovo in southern Bulgaria has decided to extradite 33-year-old Helena Sontjens to the Netherlands. She was detained under a European arrest warrant on December 21 at the border crossing of "Kapitan Andreevo," trying to enter Bulgaria from Turkey.
