Parliamentary committee over Gripen jets is not attack against President, Tsvetanov says

Establishing a parliamentary committee over the Gripen jets has nothing to do with an attack against the Bulgarian President, chair of the parliamentary group of GERB, Tsvetan Tsvetanov said in an interview for the Bulgarian National Radio. The committee was set up because our country will have to spend about a billion and a half of the Bulgarian taxpayer's money, Tsvetanov said. This needs to be subjected to some parliamentary expertise, and from this point of view I think there is nothing wrong with the committee, he added.
