The power of an army is not measured by the quantity and the quality of the weapons, but mainly by the strength of its fighting spirit and traditions, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said at the ceremony marking the 110th anniversary since the establishment of the Reserve Officers and Sergeants’ Union. History has shown that a nation has a future when its young generation is brought up in a spirit of love for the country. You have been doing that throughout your whole lives, President Radev pointed out. The reserve officers are example of people whose mission is to guarantee Bulgaria’s military security, the Chief of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria General Lieutenant Andrey Botsev said in return.
