Revenue agencies have been doing some good job, budget surplus is good, so we can end the year well with the costs made and fulfilling the plans - that's at least the situation after the first half of the year.

This was what Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said at the beginning of the regular session of the Cabinet on Wednesday. The prime minister reported that authorities have been working well in the fight against smuggling and this can be seen in budget revenue.

The total surplus for July reached over 1 billion euros, while just last month surplus reached 155 million euros.
