Bulgaria reports 4.4 % increase in COVID-19 cases in a day

The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria is 565, the National Crisis Staff has reported. For the past 24 hours, there are 24 newly registered cases, which is an increase of 4.4%. There is no spread of the novel coronavirus in new areas. 201 patients are now hospitalized. The death toll of Covid-19 in Bulgaria remains 22. 

The head of the Crisis Staff, Gen. Ventsislav Mutafchiyski,said talks had been held with the government to ease the anti-epidemic measures but they would surely remain unchanged by Easter.
