Bilateral issues should not be part of the negotiating framework for EU enlargement, German Ambassador to North Macedonia Anke Holstein said on the occasion of the Bulgarian memorandum sent to the EU, concerning good neighborly relations between Bulgaria and North Macedonia, BNR has reported.
Holstein has told Radio Free Europe that bilateral problems must be resolved bilaterally.
