Between April 3 and 25, everyone who adopts a dog from the Municipal Orphan Dog Shelter "Friend Forever" in Plovdiv, will not only receive a well-socialized animal, but a small gift as well.
The municipal campaign is on occasion of the World Stray Animals Day marked on April 4. It aims to draw peoples’ attention to the problem and make them realize that stray animals live on the streets because of human irresponsibility.
