The figure of a prosecutor in the investigation against the Prosecutor General is unconstitutional, according to an opinion of the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee on the case filed in the Constitutional Court to establish if recent changes to the Judiciary Act and the Criminal Procedure Code contradict the basic law.
