Canada is putting in place new rules of entry for Bulgarian arrivals. As of 7 September, 2021, all Bulgarian citizens who are fully vaccinated will have the right to enter Canadian territory under several conditions, among them: a document certifying a complete series of vaccinations, as well as a negative PCR test performed up to 72 hours prior to planned entry into Canada. For such travellers there is no mandatory 14-day quarantine. Antigen tests are not accepted, the Foreign Ministry has announced.
