Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska said that Bulgaria supports the European perspective of Ukraine consistently, BTA has reported. During The EU Meets the Balkans forum, in which politicians and experts discuss strengthening regional co-operation and EU integration, Genchovska pointed out that Ukraine's place is in the European family and its independence and sovereignty are key to Euro-Atlantic security.

Speaking about the integration of the Western Balkans, Minister Genchovska pointed out that Bulgaria's support is unequivocal, but not unconditional and when it comes to the candidacy of Georgia and Moldova, Bulgarian support remains unchanged.
