38 people were arrested for acts of vandalism during the protest of football fans during the Bulgaria-Hungary match, which took place on Thursday without audience at the National Stadium in Sofia.
Three were arrested for arson and damage to official cars, including police cars, and one - for supplying drugs. Seven minors were detained.

Fines of BGN 1,000 have been imposed on some fans with a ban on attending sporting events in the country and abroad for a year. Three people were acquitted.

Regarding what happened after the match, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct an investigation to see if there was an excess of police authority, said Atanas Ilkov, director of the Main Directorate of the National Police.
