Türkiye resumed the processing of heavy goods vehicles at the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing at 00.50 am, reported BTA. Truck traffic was disrupted due to the introduction of Phase 5 of the European transit system NCTS, which caused a 40-kilometer queue on the Maritsa Motorway.
