A Bulgarian-designed electric vessel has gained international recognition, reaching the final round of the prestigious Gussies Electric Boat Awards 2025. The awards celebrate the world’s most innovative and sustainable electric boats and yachts, highlighting progress in the zero-emission recreational marine sector, Yachts Bulgaria reports.

The conceptual model EZ28, developed by Varna-based Crooze Yachts, was selected by an international jury as a finalist in the highly competitive “Concept / In Development – Electric Boats over 8 meters” category, maritime.bg notes.
