Bulgarian Finance Minister presents 2016 draft budget in parliament

The Bulgarian National Assembly has started discussions on the draft state budget for 2016. Summing up its main parameters before the budget and economic committees of the parliament, Bulgarian Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov pointed out that the expected true GDP growth next year would be close to the average European levels and is planned to reach some 2.1 percent. The government also expects deficit reduction from a level of 3.1 percent to 2.1 percent. The current income policy will be preserved, it was reported. It envisages a rise of the minimum monthly salary to 210 euro, starting January 1, 2016, the Finance Minister added.
