Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev is going to refer introduced fines for camping and parking in Black Sea coastal areas to the Constitutional Court. The presidential press service has specified that he has promulgated the amendments to Black Sea Coast Spatial Planning Act but is going to notify the Court because it is worth regarding the choice of Bulgarian citizens to go on holidays not only in hotels and complexes but also, as closer to nature as possible.
