Over 1,000 citizens of the town of Kresna in southwestern Bulgaria protested against the possible establishment of a refugee camp in their municipality. The district governor of Blagoevgrad, Biser Mihaylov, has admitted that because of expectations of a massive migrant wave towards Bulgaria, authorities have checked about places where refugee camps could be built.
