Bulgarian Ministers will no longer use vehicles of National Service for Protection

As of April 1, 2016, Bulgaria’s Deputy Premiers and Ministers will no longer use vehicles provided by the National Service for Protection. They will use their office cars and the subway, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov announced. The decision was taken in absentia by the country’s cabinet at the proposal of Premier Borissov. The decision will optimize the use of the resources of the National Service for Protection and direct them to other forms of protection under the law- protection of endangered persons, public events and sites.
