The introduction of assessment of the impact of the local legislation and of the public consultations as mandatory element in the process of decision making is a top priority of the 43rd Bulgarian National Assembly, the President of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva said during the opening of the international symposium entitled Decision and its Assessment.
