More than 230 soldiers and 50 units of military equipment of the Bulgarian Land Forces will participate in the Anaconda 16 multinational exercise, held in the period June 7 -17 in Poland. The Anaconda 16 involves about 25 000 troops from 22 countries. The aim of the exercise is to increase the level of interoperability between armies of NATO member states, countries of the "Partnership for Peace" initiative and the countries of the Black Sea region.
