Minister Taneva meets Russian counterpart

Minister of Agriculture and Food Desislava Taneva met with her Russian counterpart Alexander Tkachyov within the frameworks of the 20th International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg. During the meeting Minister Taneva voiced to the guest her will for further development of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of agriculture and food by using both countries’ abilities for the development of modern, export-oriented agriculture. “The dropping of the embargo is the main subject for Bulgaria’s farming community, along with the one on whether the companies that have exported embargo goods will be able to use their old permissions or will have to submit applications for new ones,” Minister Taneva pointed out.
