Bulgarian Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ivaylo Moskovski, has signed a declaration for the development of rail freight corridor "Orient / East Mediterranean". The event was part of the conference "Days of TEN-T 2016," organized by the European Commission in Rotterdam.
