In order to protect the rights of tourists, Minister Angelkova has ordered information boards placed at all beaches. They will provide tourists with information in Bulgarian, English, German and Russian about the obligations of the concessionaires and the rights of tourists. A special hotline for reporting irregularities and violations will be opened: +359 2 90 46 833. One could also report violations using e-mail: control@tourism.government.bg
