Bulgarian Andrey Gridin has won the Olympus Mythical Trail endurance footrace, setting a record in the prestigious event that is held in Greece. The athlete finished the race for 14.36 hours and was 21 minutes faster than the record achievement of Romanian Marius Vasilache, who managed to finish an hour earlier than the second best racer during last year’s edition of the event. Gridin is also a competitor in cross-country skiing and in 2014 he was part of the Bulgarian team during the Winter Olympics in Sochi.
