EU: Bulgaria has 0% target to reduce greenhouse emissions

The European Union announced a plan aimed at reducing the greenhouse gas emissions in all member states by 2030, including Great Britain. Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, France and Austria have to reduce their greenhouse emissions by 40% as compared to 1990. Bulgaria, which is the poorest member of the European Union, has the obligation to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 0%. Romania, Latvia, Croatia, Poland, Hungary and Lithuania have to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions by 10%.
