In connection with the upcoming EU summit in Bratislava on 16 September, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has talked over the phone with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and with the prime ministers of Hungary and Serbia, Viktor Orban and Aleksandar Vucic.
