British Defence Secretary visits Bulgaria

Bulgarian Defence Minister Nikolay Nenchev and British Secretary of State for Defence Sir Michael Fallon discussed in Sofia the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the military sphere.
Defence Secretary Fallon stated that with its experience in the military industry his country was ready to support the Bulgarian army in its modernization. The sides discussed ways to promote partnership in combating hybrid threats and cybersecurity and to counter the refugee crisis as well as national border control.
