The International Monetary Fund has raised its forecast for Bulgaria’s economic growth up to 3 percent this year and to 2.8 percent next year. The institution has predicted an acceleration of inflation to 0.6 percent next year. The forecast for the level of 2016 unemployment in the country has been reduced to 8.2 percent down from 8.6 percent as forecast in April.
