Premier Trudeau acquainted Boyko Borissov with the efforts of the Canadian cabinet aimed at lifting the visa regime for Bulgarian nationals and promised that by May 1, 2017, Bulgarian businessmen and Bulgarians who already visited Canada or have visas for the USA will be able to travel freely to Canada. Canada’s cabinet will make efforts to lift the visa requirements for all Bulgarian nationals by the end of 2017.
