Bulgarian Angel Odzhakov was voted Chicago’s Top Cabbie for 2016 in competition with 12,000 licensed cab drivers. The first competition of that type was organized by Chicago Municipality, BITelevision informs. 3,600 out of 11,000 people voted for Angel. Angel Odzhakov has been paying USD 600 weakly cab leasing fee, in order to drive a taxi in Chicago, but thanks to that prize he would receive free of charge lifetime license.
