Skilled workers are now more needed in Bulgaria than engineers, doctors and IT specialists, according to data from an annual survey of ManpowerGroup Bulgaria. Skilled workers this year are most needed by employers, followed by engineers, drivers and workers in hotels and restaurants. In comparison - last year the top 3 most in-demand positions were those of engineers, followed by qualified workers and managers. IT professionals have been dropping down the chart of most needed workers to reach 10th position, while last this job placed 5th in the chart. 62 percent of employers in Bulgaria say they have experienced difficulties finding needed employees this year.
