Seven days before the presidential elections in the country, the National Assembly adopted final amendments to the Election Code.
The number of polling stations in non-EU countries can be no more than 35 per country. The proposal for voting in more than one ballot box by a Central Election Commission decision was rejected. In the case of a majority representation vote for mayors and president and vice-president of the republic the “none of the above” votes will be considered valid when counting the election results.
