Number of events in Bulgarian cities in support of people with diabetes

Cultural events dedicated to the World Diabetes Day (WDD), which is marked annually on November 14, have already taken place in a number of Bulgarian cities. Dancing, concerts, photo exhibitions and information campaigns in support of those suffering from diabetes were organised. According to data by the Bulgarian Diabetes Association, in this country there are more half a million people with diabetes.

Experts say that traings for Bulgarian teachers working with children with diabetes are necessary and point out the importance of using innovative technologies and new methods that provide good control of diabetes.
