After consultations with President Rosen Plevneliev, the chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms Mustafa Karadayi stated that we have run out of options for forming a new government under this parliament and that the resignation of the cabinet is belated.
According to the Movement, there is no emergency situation in Bulgaria, the country is heading towards early elections and the current president has neither the legal nor the moral right to form or take part in the formation of a caretaker cabinet of any description.
