The EC insists that Bulgaria and 14 other member states should fully apply in their national legislations at least one of the three new directives on public procurement orders and concessions. Brussels has warned Sofia that it would initiate legal proceedings against Bulgaria, if it fails to guarantee within two months that it would adhere to the new rules regarding the fight against cybercrime.
