Before tomorrow’s European Council meeting, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov stated that Bulgaria was in favour of continuing the process of EU accession negotiations with Turkey:
“The EU-Turkey readmission agreement and the process of accession negotiations are a reliable and sustainable instrument and mechanism for the realization of activities of mutual interest in the long term – for averting humanitarian crises and for the strategic development of relations among countries and their citizens.
