About 200,000 foreign tourists are expected to visit Bulgaria for Christmas and New Year holidays, according to the Ministry of Tourism.
The rise over the same period last year will be ranging between 7-8%. Traditionally, interest in trips to Bulgaria show tourists from Serbia, Romania, Greece and the UK. Part of tourists combine a ski holiday with Christmas celebrations and New Year holidays in winter resorts.
