Code Yellow over strong winds was issued in 11 districts in Northern Bulgaria on Tuesday. The code was issued for Vidin, Montata, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte, Ruse, Razdgrad and Silistra. Those Bulgarian districts have been hit by strong northwesterly winds at an average speed of 12-17 meters per second. The wind gusts reach a speed of 20-22 meters per second.
