Bulgaria’s MEP Nikolay Barekov has submitted to the country’s Prosecutor’s Office an alert against outgoing President Rossen Plevneliev and businessman Ivo Prokopiev. Barekov told journalists that Plevneliev and Prokopiev alledgedly set up an organized crime group to perform frauds through offshore companies. According to Nikolai Barekov, at least 10 people were involved in that group, including the wives of Rossen Plevneliev and Ivo Prokopiev, BTA informs.
