All inhabitants at the Dancing Bears Park near the town of Belitsa in Rila Mountain are hibernating. It happened for the first time since the establishment of the shelter, representatives of Dancing Bears Park announced. Nasko and Monty were the last two bears that were refusing to fall asleep, but finally they gave in and have not been out of their dens in the past few days. According to the manager of Dancing Bears Park Dimitar Ivanov, if a bear is hibernating it means that it is leading a high-quality life. Mr Ivanov also explained that most bears that were rescued from private owners or zoos have never been in hibernation before arriving at the Dancing Bears Park.
