Ognian Zlatev: EC report signals start of pan-European debate

The European Commission report, known as the White Paper, presented yesterday by Jean-Claude Juncker aims to initiate a pan-European debate, said Ognian Zlatev, head of the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria for the Bulgarian National Radio, commenting on the document which outlines five scenarios for the future of the EU after Brexit.

He added that on the basis of the White Paper the EC would put forward several more documents that will help make a decision which path each country should take.
