Dozens of laymen also prayed for the souls of the victims of the terrorist attack in Saint Petersburg’s subway. The terrorist attack in Saint Petersburg is an atrocious act of vandalism and terrorism and only the joint efforts of the countries against terrorism will stop that terrible phenomenon of the 21st century, Ambassador Makarov said before the start of the memorial service.
