Seventeen-year-old Krist6ian Kostov, who was this year’s Eurovision Song Contest’s youngest performer, has become Bulgaria’s most successful participant in the contest ever by winning the second place. As he returned to Sofia, Kristian was given a welcome matching a true winner. Noting that while last year Bulgaria ranked fourth, this year it is already second, Kristian told the Bulgarian National Radio that he hoped Bulgaria would win the contest next year and vowed to help for the cause. This year’s winner of Eurovision is Portugal’s Salvador Sobral.
