Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev approached the Constitutional Court to make binding interpretations of provisions of the Bulgarian Constitution on occasion of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the EU, the press office of the Bulgarian head of state announced.
