The European Commission welcomes the agreement on friendship, good neighbor relations and cooperation signed between Bulgaria and Macedonia on Tuesday, a joint statement of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn reads.
