Bulgaria and Romania are to build another bridge over the Danube near Ruse, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov announced on Sunday. The topic will be discussed during the joint Bulgaria-Romania intergovernmental sitting in October this year. In Premier Borissov’s words, a new bridge over the Danube can be built without state expenditures. The construction of a second Danube bride near Ruse can be financed entirely with money from toll taxes after the introduction of the road toll system, Boyko Borissov said adding that a second Danube Bridge near Ruse will have a very positive economic impact on that Bulgarian city.
