Migration pressure on Bulgaria decreased by 70% in the recent months as a result of the efforts of the Bulgarian authorities, the financial assistance provided by the EU and the border fence constructed at the Bulgaria-Turkey border, Bulgaria’s Minister of Interior Valentin Radev said after the EU Justice and Home Affairs Council meeting held in Brussels. After the closure of the Balkan migration route, the migration pressure through the Black Sea has increased slightly.
