Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and Greece negotiated to work as one for the prosperity of the Balkans, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov said after the quadrilateral meeting in Varna with Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, Romania’s Premier Mihai Tudose and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic.
