Currently, Bulgaria’s military staff is at a better level than your country’s military equipment, the Ambassador of the USA to Sofia Eric Rubin told Horizont channel of the Bulgarian National Radio on Saturday. This is so, because except for some fields, no modernization of Bulgaria’s military equipment has been made since this country joined NATO.
