12th annual meeting of Bulgarian local authorities begins in Albena

The 12th annual meeting of the Bulgarian local authorities begins on October 15 in Bulgaria’s coastal resort of Albena. It is organized by The National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria. Topical problems of the Bulgarian municipalities related to development of e-governance, reduction of administrative burden, alternatives for waste management, etc, will be in the focus of discussions during the three-day forum. The management of The National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria will sign cooperation agreement with the Bulgarian government. Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov, Deputy Premier Tomislav Donchev and some Ministers are expected to attend the forum.
